Refunds and cancellation

Short version: try it free for 5 days, cancel any time, and if a first purchase was a mistake, ask within 14 days.

Try first

Every paid extension has a 5-day free trial without payment details, so you can check it works with your D365 environment before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal or through Link. The licence keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not renewed after that. Removing seats or moving from yearly to monthly also takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refunds

  • First payment: if you ask within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, we refund it in full and end the licence.
  • Renewals: forgot to cancel a renewal and have not used the extension since? Ask within 14 days of the renewal and we refund it.
  • Otherwise we do not refund the remaining part of a period, but the licence keeps working until it ends.
  • If something does not work because of a problem on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, we refund the period affected.
  • Breach: if we end a licence because of a breach of section 5.2 of the terms of use (for example bypassing the licence check or sharing keys), we do not refund the licence, whatever the time since the purchase.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Link (Stripe), our merchant of record. Link can also handle refund requests directly as part of its customer support.

A refund under this policy is a commercial gesture. It does not mean we accept any liability, which is governed by our terms of use.

How to ask

Email support@pwscanit.com from the address you bought with, or contact Link support from your receipt. We answer within one business day.

Consumers

Our products are made for businesses. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content and services, which ends once you start using the licence after agreeing to start immediately. The refunds above apply in any case.
